ZestPal Interview Privacy Notice

I want to keep things simple and transparent about how I use the information you share with me during our podcast conversation or interview.

What I collect and why: I may keep your name and contact details, your interview recording and transcript, and the information you choose to share. I use this material to produce the ZestPal podcast and to research, develop and create educational and other ZestPal content and products.

AI and service providers: I may use trusted recording, transcription, storage and AI tools to help me process interview material. These providers process information on my behalf. Some may be located outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, I choose providers with appropriate GDPR protections and safeguards in place. I don't sell your personal information.

Legal basis: For the new uses covered by the guest permission form, I rely on your consent. You can change your preferences or withdraw your consent for future processing by emailing me at gabriella@zestpal.co.

How long I keep it: I keep interview materials for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

Your rights: Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can also complain to your data protection authority if you believe your privacy rights have not been respected.
